HANDS-FDF (Faculty Development Fellowship） - HANDSのデザイン

奇しくも1973のみに発行されたイギリスの50ペンス硬貨の裏面が9つの手が組み合ったデザインで、まさに我々のコンセプトを的確に表していると思いました。

Hands Reverse Design as Used on 1973 Fifty New Pence
1973: Commemorates the UK's accession to the European Economic Community.
Obverse: Machin head, inscription ELIZABETH II D G REG F D, starting to the right of the head, no date.
Reverse: Nine clasped hands, 1973 50 PENCE in the centre.
The design originally had the word EUROPE in the middle, but this was vetoed by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
